Black Hero - This fan site focuses on Shadow the Hedgehog, mainly in the games. It started as a forum, but expanded into a full-fledged site.

Emerald Coast Comics - This comic site hosts several fan comics, including M.E. Chronicles and the recently launched Knux Redux. If you are looking for some Knuckles-related comics with twists on the Archie version of Knuckles, definitely check this site out.
