This a compilation of the following Genesis/MegaDrive games: Sonic 3, Sonic and Knuckles, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Blue Spheres. The music in some levels is different from the original games and supposedly this game is glitchy. Otherwise, it is the same as the original games.
