The availability of Archie's Knuckles series has been updated (there's a link to it on the main page by the Archie comics section). I will update names later today.
Reminder
Site shutdown on Thursday afternoon (around 2:30pm EST). It will be back up around midnight on Feb 2nd.

Save Our Knuckles
To all Archie Knuckles fans, we've finally hit 500 signatures. So, I'm finally going to send the petition on Monday, Jan 29. If you haven't signed and want to get your message out, you basically have 48 hours before the cut-off point. Next time it'll be sent is when we reach 600 signatures.

Visitors Notice
Two things, short thing first:
1) I'm now part of the Sonic HQ staff so this is mainly a notice to anyone who sends in fan art, fics, or comics to this site. If a week or more has gone by and I still haven't updated your stuff, feel free to bug me via email or the message board unless I say beforehand to expect delays.
2) On February 1, around 2:30pm Eastern time in the US, I'm going to basically "close" down the site. Since I will be doing a bit of a re-design and there will be tons of broken links, I'm going to shut-down access to everything except the message board. The counter will be coming down too so no one will be causing any hits. The site will re-open approximately at midnight February 2 with a new design as well as updates in EVERY section (with the possible exception of fan comics since I don't get those regularly). Hopefully you'll like what's in store for 2/2/01. ^_~
Sonic Adventure 2 Movie
I finally got around to seeing all the videos that were publicized in late December and early January and I found that there's actually one that does show some new clips of Knuckles. The 1:39 minute video is contained in a zip file (13MB), which you can download here.

Echidna Girls' Club
For those who have a Yahoo account, there's a fan club that was created recently for all fans of any female echidna from Archie or Sega. If you are interested in joining or just want to check it out, go here.

The GHZ, one of the top Sonic Team gaming info fan sites, is back online. Just getting the word out. I normally don't do site advertisements as news, but Green Gibbon has been more than kind in giving me info and pics, so his site is an exception.

Mug Shot
All the credit for this belongs to Mokat who sent it to me. ^_^ It appeared in Toyfare's August 2000 issue and it's a scan of Knuckles' action figure in Toyfare with a little bit of info on Knuckles. All you Archie fans might notice the scan of Knuckles from his first original mini-series that is also present. You can see it here.

News Bites
Not much news lately, but here's some stuff.
1) Go to The Sonic Foundation's Speaker's Corner Submit Page now if you want to have a chance for your editorial about Knuckles to get in. tSf is having it's second Knuckles' Special and it'll be released on 2/2/01 (this date will be coming up a bit). Kedzie has received several already and not all go up so get typing and best of luck. ^^
2) February is dedicated to the echidnas here. Knux & four different echidnas will get some special emphasis. I'm picking the four, but if you want to give a me reason to pick a certain echidna, you can always send me an email or leave a post at the message boards. March is going to be dedicated to the "original" Chaotix: Mighty, Espio, Charmy, & Vector.
3) Voting for The Master Emerald Awards begins on January 16th. Winners will be officially announced on 2/2/01.
4) This site's first anniversay is coming up on 2/2/01 so expect a few changes around here on that date.
