Poochy Chainlink has set up an email list for all fans of Knuckles the Echidna. Click here to subscribe to KnucklesTheEchidna mailing list. It's hosted by ONElist, and yes I did join. ^_^
Site News
I have a ton of work to do at school and I'm trying to focus a bit more on Save Our Knuckles so updates will slow down dramatically. The Archie Info section is getting a new name as well as a new look and features. I have two Fleetway comic covers to scan and two SU summaries to add. Also, I have some Sega Info/pics to add. It should all be done by Easter. :)

Attention Knuckles Subscribers
I just got this in the mail today so expect this soon if you didn't get it yet.
Archie is giving all subscribers five different options on your remaining Knux issues:
1) If you don't have a Sonic subscription (like me), you can get Sonic issues in exchange for the Knux issues they owe you.
2) If you have a Sonic subscription, you can extend it by the number of Knux issues they owe you.
3) You can get back issues of Sonic, Knuckles, SSS, or Nights that equal the number of Knux issues that they owe you.
4) You can subscribe to Archie's comics, like Archie, Betty, etc. (HAHA!!!! Maybe I shouldn't have considered this an option...)
5) You can get a refund that is the number of issues they owe you times $1.25
Those are the choices.
Knuckles comics availability
You can now order Knuckles #10-27 individually from Archie, if you live in the US or Canada, for $2.50 ($3 in Canada). Also, Knuckles #1-3, #4-6, and #7-9 come in their trilogy packs for $4.50 ($5.50 in Canada) and the original mini-series is $6 ($7 in Canada).
March 10
Revelations from Ken Penders' Chat on Wednesday
1) The SA adaptation ends in Sonic #84
2) Knuckles back-ups will not start until Sonic #88
3) SSS #14 will feature almost everyone from Knuckles life (from the Floating Island)
4) SSS #16 WILL BE KNUCKLES: 20 YEARS LATER!! (I don't know about you, but I've been dying to see this thing)
5) Ken and the people who actually make the comics (artists, letters, etc.) are trying to convince the publishers (the ones who cancelled Knuckles) to let them make a Knuckles mini-series.
6) There aren't any plans for Ray the Flying Squirrel at this time.
7) Since the Knuckles cancellation, Archie has forbidden the staff to plan Sonic or Knux stories for more than 2 months in advance (3 months tops).
8) Ken Penders will be at these Comic Cons: Pittsburg in April; NYC in June (I'm going to try to make that); and San Diego in July
9) Previews for SSS #16 will be up at Ken's site after he opens The Lost Ones website
10) A Sonic cartoon is in the discussion stages. Not just any Sonic cartoon, a SatAM/Archie cross cartoon. IF (a big "if") it does see the light of day, Knux and the Chaotix have the possibility of being in an awesome cartoon.
11) Other stuff was also said but they concern the stories themselves (especially SSS #14) and therefore are spoilers. For those who want some spoilers, click here. For everyone else, that's the info.

Late Reminder
Ken Penders' chat is today.
March 5
Rescheduled Chat with Ken Penders
Ken Penders is going to try again with the chat. Same time (8:00pm EST) on Wednesday March 8 and same place, his site's chat room (http://www.kenpenders.com). I can't make this chat, so I would greatly appreciate it if someone who can and is planning on attending would tell me what happens, even if it's just that the chat crashed again.
March 2
Chat Crashed and Burned
A couple of minutes after 8:00pm EST, the server for Ken Penders' chat room crashed. Everyone in the room was booted and the last time I checked (1:00am EST today), the chat room was still down. So if you couldn't make it, you didn't miss anything.
March 1
Reminder
At 8:00pm EST today you can chat with Ken Penders at his site's chat room. The url is http://www.kenpenders.com. I'll be there definitely.
Message to SOK Petition Signers
Sorry it's been taking so long to get back to everyone to acknowledge that I got your name, but a lot things have been going on in my life. If you don't hear from me before the end of March, then ask me whether or not I received your name. Current total is at 311 as of 5:00AM EST.
