C.E.L.: Stands for Chemically Engineered Lemur. She was introduced in my first story. ("Fate On A Floating Island"). In case you haven't had an opportunity to read it yet, here are a few statistics:
She was born in a test tube, basically meaning she was cloned or artificially created, whatever you want to call it. The lab she was born in was under the island's surface, where the Dark Legion was trying to create the ultimate weapon using their advanced technology. Negena, (check the Bios and the fan fictions) accidentally stumbled into the lab. He forced the Legionaries to self-destruct the lab, thus Negena saving her. When taken back to Knothole Village, it was revealed the extreme intelligence of the creature. She even surpassed Sally and Nicole with her amazing ability to read computer files with the tip of one of her dread-locks. She fell in love with Negena (and Vice Versa as Well!) and has been best friends with him, Knuckles, and Julie-Su. Though not much of a fighter, her mental capacity is so overwhelming, that telekinesis and teleporting is being worked on in her spare time and is very likely to become a reality as some of her skills.
