Journey to Little Planet part 3:
Chaotic Collisions aka Collision Chaos Zone
Summary: Amy has been kidnapped by Mecha Sonic, but Sonic must continue on with his
mission.
"Great." Sonic said "Now, do I go after Amy and that fake or do I try and save this Zone?"
Sonic thought for a moment. What was more important? Saving 1 person or saving an entire
world? Sonic quickly made his decision: Save the zones first, one by one, then get Amy
back. He zipped on his way.
The Collision Chaos Zone was like a large pinball machine in the mountains. It was also
quite filled with spikes and such. Sonic began to search for a "Past" sign... But first he
ran right into a "future" sign.
"Hmm." he said "Here's the Future Sign, but yet no Past one... There's gotta be one around
here somewhere..."
That's when he saw one... laid right on top of a carpet of spikes!
"Oh just great." Sonic said "How am I gonna hit that sign without getting impaled? There's
gotta be a way."
That's when Sonic saw a big slope in the zone. The only way to get to it was by using those
flippers. If Sonic could get up there with enough speed, he would fly off the ramp, hit the
post, and fly right over the spikes and go back in time. So, off he went.
Meanwhile, in the Bad Future...
Robotnik chuckled at what was once an nice area that was now a neon-filled nightmare. And
he also had plans for the other areas... Tidal Tempest... Quartz Quadrant... Wacky
Workbench... Stardust Speedway... And his new city in the Metallic Madness Zone.
"Let's just see Sonic return this place to a beautiful area!" he laughed "He'll have his
hands WAY too full! Hahahaha..."
Back in Collision Chaos Present...
Sonic blasted off the flipper, and onto the patch of land he was going for. He then
picked up a LOT of speed, and sped right off the ramp, flew into the post and right
over the spikes... kept on running, and then he burst through time.
The past was even greener and more lush than the present. Sonic looked around and suddenly
saw a big hologram of MS, kicking an animal. Sonic snarled, and then smashed the projector
to pieces... This caused a reaction, and revealed the Roboticizer. Sonic zipped right
into it, and tore it from the inside out... And up popped the Future sign. Sonic hit
it, and flew back into the present, and backtracked to the future post, and hit it.
Good Future...
Robotnik lept up and down as he watched the zone become brighter and more beauitiful than
ever.
"That stupid hedgehog did it to me AGAIN!!!" he whined "He'll pay for this with his
LIFE!!!"
Sonic ran around the zone with a smile. Such a beautiful place thanks to his effort. Sonic
felt like nothing could stop him, when suddenly, a bunch of bubbles flew at Sonic, and
these bubbles were explosive! Sonic looked up to see Robotnik in a new ship, with
a huge array of spikes on it.
"Foolish hedgehog." Robotnik said "You thought i wasn't going to retalliate?!"
"You always fight me with something, Eggman." Sonic said "Let's throw down, Eggy!"
"With pleasure!" Robo laughed, and flew high into the air, tossing more bubbles. Sonic
dodged them, but couldn't reach Robotnik. Then, he realized it. The FLIPPERS! He dodged
the bubbles, while speeding at a flipper, got onto it, and flew at the ship, and he
timed it so he would hit the unprotected area. One crack. Eggy flew higher up, and Sonic
fell back to the bottom. Sonic had to be more careful when he went up next. But, he
managed to do it again... and for the third time... And that was that. Robotnik's ship
came crashing to the ground, shattering the armor it was carrying.
"Not again." Robotnik whimpered before zipping off to the next Zone.
Suddenly, Sonic noticed something embedded into a wall. It was a little crystal. And then
where the ship had fallen, a second revealed.
"Time stones!" Sonic said "Wahoo! Eggman sure missed these! 2 stones for me, none for
Eggy!"
With that, he zipped back into the present, and went on his way to the next zone... The
water-flooded Tidal Tempest Zone...
