The two escape pods have arrived at the same time on
SSD: Thief. Admiral Carot is awaiting for the defector-Dianna Cardon, as well
as some vital information that can stop this new emperor...
Chapter 16: The Escape Pods' Arrival
Two rabbit troopers were waiting with Admiral Carot in the
hanger. The two escape pods landed.
"I'm here with the information you wanted" said the droid.
"Ah, good, soon we'll find out who's in charge, and
see if they've taken any other worlds" said Carot, "I see that we have
a defector here."
"Yes, I also have some urgent news" said Dianna, "when
your fleet reachs where my father is, beware, there could be a trap there."
"A trap, what kind of a trap?" asked Carot.
"I don't know, but I know what my father and Gannondorf said" replied Dianna.
"Gannondorf?" asked Link as he walked in.
"Yes, he's our new emperor" said Dianna.
"Hmmm, there must be a way to defeat this new emperor-Gannondorf" said Carot.
"Sir, a Mobian as something to show you" shouted a rabbit officer
above Carot.
"What is it?" asked Carot.
"Come, follow me" said the officer.
Admiral Carot followed the officer to where Knuckles
was waiting.
"Hmmm, interesting, this almost looks like a data cube
that was used in the missle boat one of our Jedis stole" said Carot.
"Yes, it's a modified version of it, I created it" said Dianna.
"Perhaps, we could us it against the new emperor" said Carot.
"I better go back, The Chaotix are probably worried about me" said Knuckles.
"Go now" said Carot.
Knuckles left the room and went to the hanger and left
SSD: Thief.
Chapter 17: Bobbin and Sonic Arrive
Bobbin's X-wing landed in Echidnapolis. Sonic's shuttle
followed next.
"Well, well, well, look who's back" said Vector, "did you have
fun fighting Mecha-Sonic?"
"Well, not really, he just seemed that he wanted
that shiny triangle Bobbin's holding" replied Sonic.
"Impossible, triangles can't glow" said Vector.
"Oh yea," said Bobbin, "then what am I holding in
my hand?"
"I don't believe it" said Vecotor.
Just then, Remington entered.
"What the?!" shouted Remington as he came in, "we
just found one a week ago just like it."
"Hmmm, maybe you should keep it safe" said Bobbin.
"I think you should take both of those triangles
to Admiral Carot" said Remington.
"Knuckles just left for Admiral Carot just a few
hours ago" said Vector.
"Look there's his shuttle" said Julie-Su as she pointed at
the shuttle that was landing.
Knuckles stepped out of the shuttle.
"What did they say about it?" asked Julie-Su.
"They just said it was used for some type of fighter, but
that's all" said Knuckles.
"Well, it looks like I'm going to have to see Admiral Carot
about these two triangle" said Bobbin.
Bobbin got on his X-wing and took off with the
two strange triangles. He thought perhaps, Link and Zelda knew what
they were.
Chapter 18: Setting the Trap
Gannondorf was waiting to get a message from
Robotnik.
"Ah my emperor, you wanted something?" asked Robotnik.
"Did you call your mecha units back?" asked Gannondorf.
"Yes" replied Robotnik.
"The Rabbit Alliance is planning an attack" said Gannondorf, "and also
an assault on Hyrule to take it back."
"What do you want me to do?" asked Robotnik.
"All I'm asking you to do is prepare your swatbots,
those three mecha units, and the Dark Legion for an ambush when
they began the assault" said Gannondorf.
"Good, I'll talk with Kragok and Dimitri" said Robotnik.
Robotnik turned off the communicater. He went
to see Kragok and Dimitri. When he finally got there, he knocked
on the door.
"Come in" said Kragok.
"Ah Robotnik, what can we do for you?" asked Dimitri.
"Well Dimitri, since your the Grand Master of the Dark Legion,
I have a small favor for you two" said Robotnik.
"What is it?" asked Kragok.
"Emperor Gannondorf wants us to plan an ambush" said Robotnik, "when
the rabbit forces make an assault on Hyrule, our armies will attack."
"Hmmm, good an excellent idea" said Dimitri, "ask some of those
Dark Jedis to help out if you have some time."
"I will, don't worry" said Robotnik.
Robotnik left to see Mustache and the three other
Dark Jedi.
"What do you want?" asked Mustache.
"Just a favor" smilied Robotnik.
