I WANNA BE A FREEDOM FIGHTER

Amy (pre-Sonic #79) is complaining to Sally that she wants to be a freedom fighter, but Sally says that she doesn't have the experience to which Amy claims is just Sally's attempt to have Sonic to herself.

In the present, Sally explains to the Freedom Fighters, Knuckles, the Chaotix, Geoffrey, Hershey and Rob O' The Hedge that story was the first time Amy mentioned that she wanted to join the Freeom Fighters (to Amy's complete embarassment). Sally continues to mention when Amy wished herself older, but Amy still wasn't ready to join the team until now as Amy has become beautiful inside and out. Sally mentions Amy's recent heroics in holding off the robot horde about to attack Robotropolis as it helped save everyone. So Amy is being awarded the "Acorn Medal of Valor" and Sally asks Amy if she'd like to officially join the Freedom Fighters. Amy Rose says "Yes" and has now officially joined the team.
