Due to the fact that first complaint about Sonic in KNUCKLES #16 concerned Sonic/Tails' adventure in SONIC #60, the second complaint about their adventure in SONIC #61 and Sojourner was going to make the third complaint but was interrupted before he could give any detail, I'm assuming that his complaint would've detailed Sonic/Tails' adventure in SONIC #62-63, which would mean Sojourner's locale to watch includes Sand Blast City.
